Dr. Greg Feltenberger

Chief Executive Officer

Greg has more than 28 years of executive-level leadership and administrative experience to include being a best-selling author, regional emergency management medical coordinator, and deployments to Afghanistan as a mentor to the Afghan National Army on health system development. In addition, he is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).


Dr. Kevin Hulsey

Chief Business Development Officer & Founder

Kevin brings 19 years of business experience to USHP after founding and serving as the CEO of RehabAuthority (RA). During that time, Kevin grew RA from a single location to a partnership company that served more than 38 physical therapy clinics in multiple states. Kevin established 17 other partnerships that included a billing & collecting company, a practice management company, a staffing agency and multiple holding companies.

At USHP, we focus on partnering with clinicians who are entrepreneurial by supporting all their leadership, management, and administrative functions.

Dr. Adam Cope

Chief of Human Resource & Founder

Adam brings over 16 years of experience as both a Physical Therapist and owner within RehabAuthority’s expansive footprint, which included 38 partnerships. His extensive experience as Chief Human Resource Officer and Regional Director helps US Healthcare Partners create a culture of excellence and recruit exceptional staff.

Lonna Welch

Chief Operating Officer

Lonna has experience in both the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Healthcare (AAAHC) surveys for Ambulatory Surgery Centers. In addition, she has over 30 years of experience in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, creating successful and optimized processes, and revenue cycle management/billing.
